Tottenham Hotspur are pressing ahead with ambitious transfer plans, with Manchester City winger Savinho and Como midfielder Nico Paz emerging as top targets in what could be a busy final stretch of the window.

According to The Independent, Spurs boss Thomas Frank is determined to secure the transfer of 21-year-old Savinho after missing out on England winger Eberechi Eze, who opted for Arsenal.

Tottenham have already informed Manchester City they are prepared to table a £60.7m transfer bid for the Brazilian, with TalkSport reporting that Savinho himself is open to the switch to north London.

In a bid to bolster their midfield as well, Spurs have returned with an improved £43 million transfer offer for 20-year-old Nico Paz. However, Sky Sports Italia notes that Como are holding firm, insisting on a fee closer to £60m (€70m) before sanctioning any sale.

Meanwhile, Marca reports that Real Madrid have yet to receive any concrete offers for Brazilian forward Rodrygo despite interest from Manchester City, Arsenal and Liverpool. The 24-year-old remains a player to watch as the Spanish giants brace for a potential late transfer.

Tottenham’s recruitment drive doesn’t end there. The Mail reveals that West Ham’s Lucas Paquetá has also attracted Spurs’ attention, alongside Aston Villa, while Football Insider claims Monaco are ready to cash in on 23-year-old attacking midfielder Maghnes Akliouche for around £47.5m.

Elsewhere in the Premier League, Liverpool are expected to test Newcastle United’s resolve once more for Swedish striker Alexander Isak following their meeting on Monday night (The I).

Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reports that Paris Saint-Germain’s goalkeeper, Gianluigi Donnarumma, has agreed on personal terms with Manchester City, with negotiations between the two clubs now ongoing.

Manchester United are also active, with The Guardian confirming that Belgian goalkeeper Senne Lammens sat out Royal Antwerp’s weekend game ahead of a proposed £17m move to Old Trafford.

Other moves across Europe include Bayer Leverkusen’s Piero Hincapié signalling his intention to leave amid Premier League interest (Fabrizio Romano).

Chelsea are eyeing Manchester United’s Alejandro Garnacho and RB Leipzig’s Xavi Simons if outgoings are secured (Sky Sports).

Leeds are negotiating a loan for Largie Ramazani to Valencia (The Athletic), and Arsenal are finalising a deal for 16-year-old Shamrock Rovers midfielder Victor Ozhianvuna (The Mail).
